We offer a 30 day return policy. This means you can email service@nestblanche.com to request a return within 30 days of receiving your product if you are not satisfied with the item.
We accept refunds under the following conditions:
RETURN CONDITIONS: Refunds are only available for unused, original merchandise with all original tags and packaging. We will not issue refunds for items that have been used or are no longer in original condition.

After the return request is approved: we will provide you with a return mailing service with instructions on how and where to send the package. In order to facilitate your timely return, you need to contact service@nestblanche.com and we will inform you of the specific return address. Thank you for your cooperation!
Please be sure to note that any items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping charges:
If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for shipping costs, depending on the courier company chosen.
However, if the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving damaged or incorrect merchandise, the consumer will not be required to pay shipping charges for this.
Refund Process:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within 30 business days. It is important to note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
